	Yale College Council With the cooperation of Yale College Council, Yale's undergraduate student government, Maya Consulting is conducting an objective evaluation of the YCC's communication strategy with the student body. Evaluation methods include surveys, multi-phase focus groups, and research into the YCC's counterparts at other universities. 	Yale Bookstore The Yale Bookstore ("A Barnes & Noble College Store") has hired Maya Consulting to help them optimize both their bottom line and the quality of the service they provide to the community. The project utilizes both quantitative and qualitative research, including a campus-wide survey and focus groups.
